What is God's strategy room? And how do you access it? Multiple times I've had a vision of God's strategy room in the heavenlies. Each time I see it, I leave knowing that God is working out a magnificent plan on Earth. But recently, things have changed. He has begin incorporating me into some of his top secret level 10 clearance strategies for what he is doing on the earth. In this episode, we are going to learn more about God's strategy room and help every believer, you and me and everyone walking with the Lord today, access this room and gets God’s secrets for Kingdom expansion on the earth. Let's rock and roll.

I am the apostolic lead for firehouse, a center for citywide transformation in Southern Oregon. Let's jump into this week's episode. Hi, and welcome to another episode of God's strategy room.
I'm so excited to share with you in today's podcasts because I want to break down for you kind of the heart and the reason why I even started this podcast in the first place. And that is that I began to realize that God was showing me secrets from his strategy room as we were moving into this new epoch.
What he was doing was he was showing me how often he is cutting away some old patterns and old ways of being in the earth. But also he is embracing sons and daughters into a place of strategy, so that we can begin to move into the heart of culture and really begin to see a massive transformation and see a billion souls get saved which is really, the heart of a lot of people right now, is that we see a great harvest on the earth.
The Vision
So, what is God's strategy room?
Well, the best way that I can explain it to you is that I had a vision with God's strategy room, probably, gosh, 10 years ago, and then I've been in God's strategy room envisions on multiple occasions. But something shifted in the last, boy, probably the last six to 12 months where that strategy room has really begin to open up for me in even wider ways as the Lord shows me his heart for city and culture and the transformation of nations.
So I want to share with you that vision right now, the first time I went into God's strategy room, what was happening was I was in a season of my life and maybe you can relate to this, where I was spending a lot of time with God in kind of a Song of Solomon garden experience. It was super intimate and a lot of times it was just like you see in Song of Solomon, me and the Lord hanging out in our bedroom where we could just be with each other, and spend time with each other. And I was falling deeper and deeper in love with the Lord in that place and in that season of my life.
The Shift
And we would spend so many hours just talking with each other. And I would ask him questions that would get insight on so many different things. And it, you know, it was just like, you know, just sitting around on my bed in the spirit with the Lord, just hanging out with my Jesus. And so I had done that for almost 10 years, I was just in this very intimate, very deep season with the Lord where it was all about relationship all about going deeper in love with the Lord. And I felt towards the end of that 10 year cycle,
I could feel something was changing.
I didn't have as much… boy, what would I call it? I just didn't have as much excitement about this Place.
This was a place that for me, fed me and served my spiritual needs so deeply for years, that I almost felt bad thinking to myself that I was kind of getting bored in this bedroom with the Lord. And, the Lord being the Lord and the fact that our relationship had gotten so intimate. He just looked at me and he said, What are you thinking? Why don't you share it with me? Because see, I got it into my head that it was possible that what I was thinking was the wrong thing. That I was, why would I want to be anywhere else than in this place of intimacy with the Lord.
And so I shared with him what I just shared with you, that I was having a hard time with this bedroom, you know, or even the season of going deeper into the heart of God and into a place of intimacy. And he just kind of smiled when I said it, and I thought for sure that I was going to be like breaking His heart, but comes to find out what had occurred is that I had grown in the place of intimacy.
And he was about to show me something that I had never seen before.
What Was Outside the Window
What happened was he said, Do you see that window over there? And of course, in this room, there had always been these windows. But I was never really interested in what was going on outside of these windows. What I was interested in was this place of intimacy that I was cultivating with the Lord. And I said, Yes, Lord, I see the window and he said, Why don't you go over to that window and look out for a second? So I did just that I got up off the bed, I walked across the hardwood floors, and I stood at the window of this bedroom.
When I looked out that window, I saw something I never thought I would see.
Here I am in this supernatural, amazing experience with the Lord. I am experiencing intimacy day after day for almost 10 years. And as I’m looking out this window, instead of seeing some kind of heavenly scene like the sea or the ocean, or, you know, the forest or the woods. Instead, when I look out the scene, I'm looking onto a village in Africa. And as I look at this village in Africa, I start to look a little closer. And there is a little boy in this village, who is just skin and bones. He is the the child that you see in these, you know, commercials for World poverty. And he has skin and bones he can barely lift his arm up to his mouth to feed himself. And I just looked at that child and I thought to myself,
“Why? Why am I seeing something that is so painful to see in this place in the place of intimacy? Why in the world would I be seeing something like this?”
And, right then, the Lord was standing behind me and I turned and I, I didn't have to express that stuff. He just looked at me and He said,
“If the bedroom doesn't align with moving your heart towards my heart towards the earth, the bedroom can become a very stale place.”
And it was like, Oh my goodness, and I thought, Oh my gosh, I get it. God, I get it. If we're so consumed with the intimacy that we have with the Lord, that it doesn't affect how we are out there in the world, then we become stale, even in our intimacy, even in a thing that we think is the deepest, most intimate place, we could possibly go with the Lord.
And so I looked at him and I said, this is a huge problem. This is something that I have turned away from, because there is no solution in my mind that I know what to do with this. The reason why people have a hard time seeing things like this is because what are we supposed to do? And I just looked at the Lord, like, What am I supposed to do about this? But like the Lord always does. He had a plan.
He says “Come with me.”
The Trapdoor
And so we go back to the other side of the bed again, we're in on these hardwood floors. And he pointed at something on the floor that I had never ever seen.
It was a trap door in the floor of our bedroom.
And he reached down and he opened up the trap door, and lo and behold, there's these stairs going down a dark tunnel. Well, as I go down these stairs into the dark tunnel, I follow the Lord and when we come through,
I come into this magnificent, incredible strategy room.
I mean, this is like something you've seen on some kind of spy movie right? Times 10. There was so much going on, there were angels running To and fro there were some that were on phones that were talking to people on earth there was maps on the wall of what was going on throughout the world There was communication radars and different things like that. And I thought,
“What am I seeing? I'm in some sort of cool strategy room.”
And so the Lord begins to show me this, this section is for certain for certain things. And this section is for other things. And this is for the prayers of the saints that are hitting right now. And this is the bowls being tipped out. And they began to show me scripturally how his strategy room is located in the heavenlies. The strategy room is the place by which the Lord is answering the prayers of the saints on the earth.
And as I was walking through this room, and I was encountering all of these magnificent sights, I turned to the Lord and I said,
“Then what you're saying to me is that you have a strategy for every problem on the earth right now?
And of course, he just looked at me and grins. Of course he does. Of course he does. The problem with us sometimes is that even though we may think to ourselves get God has a strategy for this. We don't know how to access it. We don't know how to access that strategy room so that we can bring to the earth, the things that God already has birthed in heaven.
First Lesson: It starts with intimacy
So I said to him, I said, “How, how do we take this and put it on the earth? How do we make sure that your strategies are happening on the earth?” And he said to me,
“It's very simple.” He said, “It is so important that my body understands that the strategy room can only be located through the room of intimacy.”
And that was my first lesson on the strategy room. I realized in that moment that what the Lord was saying is that he is moving on a people who have really longed for intimacy. And many of these people have spent years and years in intimacy. But it's time, it is now time for the strategy room of heaven to be brought to the earth so that God can have his full reward so that we can see revival on the earth.
So we can see signs and wonders and healings, so that God's strategy can be released into places like that village that I saw in Africa.
God has a strategy for every problem plaguing the world today.
Second Lesson: What are you called to?
That was my first time in the strategy room of heaven. The second time I was in the strategy room of heaven, I was praying regarding finances, and I think many of us have been there. I'm sure you could raise your hand. But I was praying regarding my finances and the Lord took me into the strategy room of heaven and he said,
My people do not understand that my answer to their cry for their finances to be fixed, can be found in the strategy room of heaven as they begin to ask Me to solve the problems of the earth.
Wow, that really kind of blew my mind. Here I am asking hopefully, you know, for some extra money to come into my bank account or maybe I'd win the lottery and prophetically get the the numbers, you know the numbers to the lottery. I wasn't expecting that the strategy room of heaven was tied to my finances.
And that's when the Lord began to work on me regarding business and innovation.
He began to talk to me about how important it is that the body of Christ moves into an innovative place so that they could begin to be the gatekeepers of society and new realms, not just the seven mountains of culture, there's going to be new realms that are going to open up because of that people who are embracing the strategy Room of heaven.
They're going into the heavenlies.
They're hearing from God about how to solve problems on the earth.
God Has a Mind-Blowing Strategy
And that in itself is going to release finances into the kingdom of God. Another Mind blown situation with me and God in the strategy room of heaven. So that was the second time. Since then I've been to the strategy room a couple more times.
Each time I'm there, the Lord teaches me more and more about his magnificent plan on earth and some of his secrets.
And some of his strategies are so top secret, so level 10, that I just burst at the seams whenever he talks to me about them.
He has such a radical approach to get the body of Christ outside of the doors of the church and it doesn't mean just shutting it down and working on technology like we're seeing with Coronavirus and a pandemic.
He has a strategy to get the body of Christ into the realms of culture that will blow your Mind. And I talk often about the different types. In the first episode, I talked to you about the Google complex idea and how God wanted the church to look like an innovative problem solving machine.
There's so many things that are happening in the strategy room of heaven, and God is longing for you to access it. So let's talk about that for a few minutes. What it means to access the strategy room of heaven. It's very, very simple. It starts number one with your intimacy with the Lord. Remember, first of foremost, I was in that intimate bridal chamber with the Lord and I was there some for, and for many of us, we were there for years. It wasn't just me.
And maybe you're still in it. Maybe you're still in this place where you're going deep, deep, deep in intimacy with the Lord, and he's causing things to be solved in your heart first, before you start to solve things out there in the world.
What Are You Called To?
That's awesome. And that's the first Step. But then the second step is to recognize that there are problems on the earth that can only be solved by you being fully you, and Christ being able to release a strategy through you. So that's the second step is finding out what is that thing that God is calling your heart to? What is that thing? What is that problem on earth that God is calling your heart to?
It could be the mental health field, it could be a better medical system. It could be a financial breakthrough for people who have been in generations of poverty. It could deal with racism, it could deal with the foster care system. It could deal with writing books and being creative. It could do with movies and creating movies. Maybe it has to do with technology and being cutting edge on technology.
Whatever it is, find out what that thing is that has a problem on the earth that God's solution needs to come to.
What is the unique thing? And if you can't find that thing, if you don't know what that is just spin around in a circle and just choose one! There are so many different things. And oftentimes we're too afraid to move forward thinking that we're going to be stuck on a certain pattern or stuck in a certain way.
But what the heart of the Lord is saying is,
“Will you move forward knowing I will give you a strategy for whatever you choose?”
Third Lesson: Prayer
Because that's exactly what he will do. So the second thing is recognizing what your call is, or finding a call, by which your heart can say I need a solution to this.
Third, accessing the strategy room of Heaven is as simple as moving into a place of prayer.
If you are learning to be prophetic, it's accessing visions and dreams and prophetic insight from the Lord. It's accessing the wisdom of heaven and it's asking the Lord to Move in a supernatural way, with a solution for the problem that's on the earth.
It's that simple.
But I will say this and this is the most important part,
God's strategy room is only, and firstly, encountered by intimacy with him.
The more intimate we are with the Lord more the more capable we are to be kings on the earth, to be queens on the earth, to be able to access the things that God needs us to access and to bring his strategy to the earth. Intimacy with the Lord is always key. But once you start moving in that realm of strategy, you're going to start moving out from the room of strategy instead of the room of intimacy.
So it's the place that you start but it's not the place you end up. You see kings need strategy. Lovers need a lover. And what's happening in the body of Christ right now is that God is moving out of this, this kind of Song of Solomon intimacy, as a body, he's moving us to learn how to be kings and queens of the earth.
To be a king or a queen, you need to understand strategy.
We Have a Big God
You need to know how to handle the main, the big problems. What do kings deal with? Big problems. They don't deal with the little problems, they deal with the big problems. So if the Lord gives you a big problem to solve, solve it, go with God on it. It's so exciting when you begin to access the strategy room of heaven, and just see what God's going to do through you.
And I'm constantly amazed by just ordinary everyday people that God uses to do massive major things. Right now, we're watching the Republican National Convention, because it's about to be the 2020 elections whenever you plan on listening to this, and what I'm watching is testimony after testimony of regular, normal everyday people who took a big problem and had a big God who solved it.
See, God is a God of hope. And he's got a strategy. And see it says that these three things remain at the end of first Corinthians 13. It says these three things remain faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. See hope that God has a strategy will get you further than anything else. Hope that when he says he will do something through you, he will actually perform it.
You are not alone.
You have an entire angelic company that God will send to help you. You have an entire kingdom of heaven, which includes his strategy room, that God will help you access. And this is part of what we're called to do on the earth is to access that strategy room so that we can be change agents on the earth. You guys, this is an exciting season. Blueprints
Okay, we're back. Awesome. So I just want to quickly share with you just a few things about God's strategy room and how you can everyday access it and incorporate it into your life.
#1: Blueprints
The number one thing is called blueprints.
Now, that may sound funny, but those of you who know or who in architecture engineering, you need blueprints to have a concept or an idea to move forward on. So you look at anything from a tool shed all the way up to a Cathedral needs blueprints. blueprints are just the drawing sketch of the idea.
Oftentimes, we do not want to move forward in God's strategy room, because we don't understand that that that sometimes God speaks, firstly, with just a blueprint. It may just be a rough sketch idea, because that's how strategy works. If you knew all of the strategy, sometimes you would probably even give up because it's just too much and overwhelming to consider.
But what happens with blueprints is that you start to sketch out the idea that God's given you, you start to give it form, you start to look at the dimensions and how it might work. You start to mold it and shape it like you would a piece of clay.
The blueprints are the place where you begin to sketch out the vision.
What does it say in Habakkuk 2? Write the vision and make it plain that you may run? The reason Habakkuk says that you have to write the vision first is because that is how you begin to sketch out blueprints that God's given you.
The blueprints aren't the completed thing. It's the blueprints of a house aren't the house, it's just what it will look like. It's just the rough sketch idea. If someone looked at blueprints, and then looked at a completed house with the interior design and where the kids room is going to be and where they take their shoes off at and where they have their Oreo cookies and milk, they wouldn't be able to read that from the sketch. Right?
And so that's the first step, just kind of rough sketching an idea.
In a Multitude of Counselors There is Wisdom
This is a great time to bring in trusted advisors in your life.
See, even blueprints aren't created by just one person.
An architects has to consult cement pourers, they have to consult the water department, they have to consult electricians, they have to make sure that that all of these things are also integrated into the blueprints. And so this is a great time to throw your idea out to various people, talk to various people, and see what they have to say. Because they're going to give you, what's the proverb say? In a multitude of counselors there is wisdom.
So these are people who you start drawing on, and you say, this is the kind of idea I'm getting from the Lord. This is what I'm downloading from the strategy room of heaven. Give them a rough sketch idea, see if they have something to add, see if they have something that they can, can shine light on. It's also helpful in this in this stage to bring it up with others. Because just getting your dream out of you so you can talk about it is such a great way to begin to conceptualize yourself in the middle of the dream.
If we don't talk about our dreams, oftentimes, it just sits there.
And since nobody knows about it, it doesn't ever become a seed that God can use. But if we talk about it with other people, then it begins to feel more real, it begins to feel like you could see yourself in that house someday, you can see where you're going to pour your milk for your Oreos, you can see where you're going to take your shoes off, you can see the various aspects of how your dream is going to be played out.
What’s the First Step?
So talking about your dream at this stage is so so important. What is the strategy that God has given you? Talk about it. Share it with others.
#2: Small Steps
The second thing that you need to also think about after you've got your rough sketch written out is
Start thinking about tangible, small steps that you can take now.
I work and I am the lead teacher for a school of prophetic innovation at the ministry that I lead, and with the school of prophetic innovation, oftentimes I will tell the students
“Get the materials that interest you even though you don't know what you're to do with them yet.”
The reason why is because tinkering with something and going out and actually purchasing the things that you're thinking about.
Actually what it does is it puts your faith where the strategy is. You're saying, I have faith that if I get this stuff that God is going to cause there to be the next step that he gives me. It's similar to building a house. At the second stage, you start buying the things you need, you start buying the cement, getting the contractors and, that kind of thing. And so there's all these… at this part, you still don't know what the house is going to look like completed, but there's the materials are starting to arrive on the scene.
What does this look like practically? Well, maybe your dream is to solve homelessness. I know a group of people who had a plan to solve homelessness in a generation. And I thought that was an incredible strategy. They laid out exactly how they work. To do it, they had such an incredible blueprint for that strategy, and it was given to them from heaven. And they're still on that journey.
Because sometimes our journey to see big, big problem solved, can take us generations even.
That's why you see a lot of people, they will inherit their dream or their vision from their spiritual parents. And so they're carrying on the vision that God has given somebody.
This is so important because we see this through the first five books of the Bible, of God, telling people to carry on the generation of that other dream. Abraham's dream of having a multitude of children as numerous as the stars is still being played out today. It's a big dream. And so sometimes it takes a long time, but don't think about it in terms of time. Think about it in little micro steps.
What can you do today to begin getting the materials that you need? Some of you need to consider what kind of team members you need to bring on with you. This is what I meant when I said do you need to hire contractors for for building your house, maybe you need a general contractor, maybe you need a person who works with cement or foundation laying someone who works with plumbing or different types of things.
Similarly, whatever the strategy that God has given, you begin to ask the Lord to bring new team members and they could be volunteers that come alongside of you to see this thing go out into the world.
#3: Scaffolding
Thirdly, this is the part where it gets really exciting and I call it the scaffolding This is basically the part in the house where you start to see the wood go up at the frame go up and and you start to see that the house is starting to shape and it's starting to make form and and you kind of can imagine more stepping into the various rooms and having more of a life in the dream or the vision that God’s given you.
So practically what this looks like is that you are starting to take the first steps to work with the people that God's called you to. Or you're taking the first steps to learn the technology that you need to learn or to, or to go to the schools that you need to go to. Or perhaps it looks like going to meetings and networking with people that can help you in this journey. Whatever it is, it's that those practical first steps that often can be usually the hardest ones.
This is where the enemy is so keen on making sure that you are not going forward. He doesn't mind the enthusiasm of the first steps because guess what, it's not really impacting that, that many people. But when you start getting this part of the ball rolling, a lot of people start hitting their first obstacles.
And this is the time to really dig in.
Make sure you have a team around you who are praying for you. They're cheerleading you they're coming around you This is something that's so key to where you're going.
Next, the roofing. Okay, this is the part when the house kind of starts getting filled in the insulation goes into the walls so that the the house will be warm in the winter and cold in the summer.
This is the part of your dream where things begin to really make sense.
Perhaps you're buying a building, perhaps you are making your first sale in a business. Perhaps you are traveling overseas finally, to to work with people that you've always had on your heart to work with. Maybe you're just going down to your local community center to work with a certain type of population down there that you feel God is calling you to so that you can understand a certain problem in society.
Whatever These steps are, these are the important cool, exciting steps because it means that you are you are more than on the journey you are more than following through.
And this is a time to really make sure that you're encouraging yourself in the Lord, and that you've got people who are encouraging you in the Lord.
Because you're going to have bad days, you're going to have times when, when someone stubs their toe when they're trying to construct the roof, or the maybe they fall off the roof and break a leg, whatever it is, in your dream at this point, this is kind of where the rubber meets the road.
But this is an exciting time for me. It's something that I'm seeing even in my own life right now is that we're hardships are coming. The Lord has given me a vision to understand that hardships are the things that cause us to be crushed, right? That we feel crushed in spirit, we feel crushed and soul, but that crushing is what produces the anointing. And the anointing is the thing that is a breaker that causes things to break forth. It's the thing that causes the obstacles that are in your way to get out of your way to be broken.
#4: Annointing
Fourth, this is a breakthrough thing. The anointing is the breakthrough that God is wanting you to be after. So that you can be a problem solver in the earth. This is part of the strategy room, even myself, I'm finding myself in this part of my vision right now, where I am having to come back into the strategy room and say, I am having obstacle after obstacle.
What is your strategy for this Lord?
And will you give me the anointing because this crushing that's going on, these difficult days, these obstacles, they're causing in me an anointing to come forth so that I can break through. Like David says, Baal-Perazim, means the Lord of the breakthrough.
These are great times, and you should be encouraged in the Lord and surrounded by people who are encouraging you in the Lord as well.
#5: Interior Design
Finally, this is the part that I call interior design. It's so interesting because I I was talking with a couple of ones who was building a house. And they were telling me that the construction of the house was the part that they were the most worried about. But when it came to interior design that actually became the part that was the hardest for them. And they said the reason it was the hardest was because there was a million small choices to make. Do we put the carpet in this room and hardwood floors in this room? Do we choose this color paint or this color paint? Do we make that a guest room or the kids bedroom? It's a million choices on a constant basis.
And this is the part that I want you to get excited about in your vision as well. This part is like the part where the person goes out and they start to become a king or a queen in the earth. They're understanding that they're under God's authority, and they don't they can't cover all the bases of what their dream or vision is called into. And so they start delegating. They start making a million little choices every day and they're constantly asking the Lord “Lord, help me to make this decision right. Help me to be in a place of wisdom.”
And then here's the other thing. Sometimes when you're in a place where you don't have a moment to pray, and the Holy Spirit comes on you, and He gives you the wisdom in the moment to make every little small choice. This is the part where you begin to see that your vision is a fully fledged functioning thing that God is using in the earth. This is where people begin to live in the beauty of your vision, they begin to you begin to see lots of fruit coming from the thing that God's given you from his strategy room.
This is an exciting time. So begin to be the king and the queen and the earth. What does that look like? It means that you have to be somebody who's interested in going after the big things with God so that you can conquer big mountains with the Lord. And sometimes that means spending years and years and the intimate bridal chamber with him.
But when it's time to emerge, you'll know You'll know God will begin to give you a heart and a vision for something on the earth.
It's so big that you're like “How in the world am I going to be able to solve this?” but he will help you solve it.
So I hope that you are encouraged today to move forward with your strategies to ask the Lord to begin to help you access the strategy room. It's just his wisdom, his might his insight that he wants to give you. And so I just release this on you right now in Jesus name. I pray that you will have a powerful breakthrough with the Lord in His strategy room now in Jesus name. I love you guys. Thanks for listening.
