Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How does it work?
A: It’s really simple, just choose your subscription and fill out the details. Then each month we will send you a carefully themed package that includes your monthly devoplannal (devotional + guided journal + daily planner - all in one). Sign up easily and cancel anytime!
Q: Who writes the devotionals?
A: Angela Meer does. She holds several advanced degrees in Theology and Writing and is finishing her Ph.D. in Theology. With her husband, Brady, they run a ministry in southern Oregon. They have both been ordained by Rally Call Network through the Federation of Churches and Ministries International in Dallas, TX.
Q: Can I send a subscription as a gift?
A: Absolutely! Daily Grow is such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whoever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes! You will receive an email with your subscription which makes it easy to cancel. If you are having trouble canceling, please reach out to us at angela@dailygrow.org.
Q: When will I receive my first box?
A: If you order between the 1st and 10th of each month, you will receive a package that month. If you order after the 10th, you will receive a package the following month.
Q: Do you ship to _______________? (Any far away place)
A: We ship FREE to the continental USA. If you live in any other country, or Hawaii and Alaska, you will be told the shipping charge upon entering your information. This charge will be added to the box charge and will be clearly stated before you process your charges.
Q: When will I be billed?
A: You will be billed on the 1st of every month, AFTER your first subscription has started. Our cutoff date is the 10th of each month.
So, for instance, if you started Daily Grow April 7, you will receive a package for May within the month of April. Then, you will be billed on the 1st of each month, with a package coming to you every month. (Billed May 1 for the June package arriving in May; Billed June 1 for the July package arriving within June, and so on…)
If you start Daily Grow on April 11, however, you are past the cutoff date for the current month, so, you will receive the June box within the month of May. You will then be billed again on June 1 for the July box arriving that month, and so on…
Q: My Daily Grow package arrived damaged, incomplete or didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?
A: We’re so sorry! Contact us by email and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away! Angela@DailyGrow.org
Q: How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?
A: You can update those in the My Account section under Manage Payment Options and Address Book.
